Supporting Persistent Pain, Fatigue and more
Whether you’re living with chronic pain, fatigue, fibromyalgia, IBS, migraines or other ongoing physical symptoms, it’s easy to feel as though life has become smaller. You may find yourself constantly thinking about how you feel, worrying about what your symptoms mean, or having to make difficult choices about what you can manage each day.
But what if there are more possibilities for change alongside the medical care you have received?
As a qualified SIRPA Practitioner and trained in EAET (Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy), I offer compassionate, evidence-informed coaching that explores the relationship between the brain, nervous system and persistent symptoms.

Together, we explore your experience and how a sensitised nervous system may be influencing your symptoms and keeping your body in a state of protection. We develop a deeper understanding of the root issues and explore how creating greater safety within the nervous system can support your body’s natural capacity for symptom relief and change.
From understanding to change
Through personalised coaching, we explore practical ways to respond differently to your body’s signals, recognise patterns of tension and protection, make space for emotions and develop greater understanding and compassion towards yourself.
Over time, this may help you feel less caught up in your symptoms, rebuild trust in your body and create opportunities for greater confidence, activity and enjoyment of life.
The aim isn’t simply to help you cope with symptoms, but to explore your options for symptoms relief and recovery.
Everyone’s experience is different, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed, but personalised support can help you explore approaches that may support meaningful change.
This may be right for you if you:
- have been assessed by healthcare professionals
- live with persistent symptoms that are affecting your quality of life
- feel stuck or unsure what to do next
- want to better understand the role of the nervous system in chronic symptoms
- are looking for personalised support alongside your existing healthcare.
Everyone living with persistent symptoms has their own unique story and experience. We explore your symptoms with curiosity and compassion, help you rebuild trust in your body and reconnect with possibilities for the future.
Coaching works alongside – not instead of – your medical care and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment.

Testimonials
“I quickly felt relaxed and comfortable with Sara. She has an openness and kindness which made me feel safe. I was able to open up which I often find difficult and to discuss my thoughts, feelings and emotions, Sara encouraged me to look at my symptoms in a new way and asked questions that helped me make connections and deepen my understanding of self. This empowered me to work through and process the emotions leading to a significant improvement in my health and wellbeing” Michelle
“Sara is a truly gifted coach, I have not experienced a session like this before and Io know she is going to help many more.” Anon
Sara, I am truly grateful for your time, patience and kindness to me during my journey through with chronic symptoms. Your approach is soft and gentle and re affirming. You had a way of lifting me up and guiding me in feeling & experiencing my emotions and also exploring ways of releasing. I began to have a new experience with my emotions, my feelings, my past, my symptoms which was less about fear and frustration. I have made some important changes in my life during the time we spent together, I feel more me, a new me, I’m more confident, more content. I’m thankful to you helping me to bring in more self compassion and less self criticism and more safety and you’ve helped me to trust my intuition. My recovery is really now starting to click, my symptoms are reducing and I’m much less bothered by them and I’m starting to live my life to the full.
Sara is a great coach, she is caring compassionate and is 100% with you on your journey. I wish you all the best in your future ❤️ Steph Y
