In-Person Programmes – Alton, Hampshire
Life after treatment can feel unexpectedly challenging, because finishing treatment doesn’t always mean life returns to normal.
Many people are left navigating physical, emotional and practical challenges without the support to help them move forward.
It can also feel lonely, having had the support of your clinical team, family and friends. When treatment ends there is often the expectation that life will return to normal, but normal looks and feels different now, and it’s hard to explain.
Beyond Here provides group programmes that bring together a welcoming community who understand what you’re going through, share their experiences and explore what life looks like beyond cancer.
Through expert-led group coaching, we’ll support your with a safe space to share how cancer has impacted you, explore what you’d like life to look like and help you put steps in place to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Our programmes may be right for you if you:
have finished or are nearing the end of treatment
- are adjusting to life after cancer
- want to re-evaluate what’s important to you now
- would value support from people who truly understand your experience.
You’ll leave with practical ideas, renewed confidence and the reassurance that you don’t have to navigate this next chapter on your own.
